Dispatching Services
Take the headache out of coordinating rolling stock with our dispatching team. Our dispatchers do an amazing job putting all of the pieces together so you don't have to. Not only do we dispatch our own fleet of trucks, we are capable of calling in the help of other fleets and owner operators to get the job done right and ahead of schedule.
Probing Services
When you need to know seed size and quality, Johnson Seed & Grain Services can safely capture your samples. We operate specially equipped boom trucks with the ability to pull samples as large or small as you need. If you are looking to pull samples straight out of the field or out of the top of a bin, we can get the job done.
Trucking Services
Johnson Seed & Grain Services fleet of trucks is capable of taking your haul of seed, grain, or feed where it needs to go. We offer tandem axle trucks and grain hoppers that haul 930 bushels of beans/1,000 bu. corn and triple axle trucks and trailers that can haul 1,130 bushels of beans/ 1,200 bu. corn. You can always count on our trailers to be clean and ready for each different job.
Vaccing Services
We run a fleet of of self powered, truck mounted grain vacs capable of moving 4,000 BPH. Our vacs are specifically designed with operator safety and grain quality in mind. Over the years Johnson Seed & Grain Services has worked with local farmers, elevators, ethanol plants, and large seed companies. If you need a bin emptied, bottom cleaned, or a spill cleaned up our vacs can help.
Frequent Questions
Will you send your guys in from the top of the bin to help break things up?
For our teams safety we will not enter from the top of a bin. Probing is the only service we provide were we will go in from the top of a bin. Even while probing we do not leave the bucket of our boom truck.
What is the service area for JSGS?
Depending on the job, we are capable of servicing all over the Midwest. Our main service areas are within a 150 mile radius of Aplington, IA and 120 mile radius of Peru, IL.
